customer complaint.... customer started washer before work, came home 8 hours later and machine was still running, customer indicated the timer was sitting near the final rinse in the normal cycle
*note* observant customers will notice the machine is filling and draining at the same time
checked machine serial #.. serial was xc334...... this says the machine was built in 2003
next i checked the date code on the speed board and it also had a 2003 date code, so it was the original board
the boards built in 2003 and early 2004 had a problem where they would glitch intermittently and get stuck in this endless loop
replaced the speed board with new, part # 134149220 controler
*note* speed board can also be called .. SCU, controler or motor control board
